  • Reverse-engineer, copy, or misuse our platform

  • Make.com

  • Twilio / WhatsApp

  • Zapier

  • OpenAI

  • FollowUpBoss, KVCore, or other CRMs

  • Meta / Facebook Lead Forms

You are responsible for complying with the terms and privacy policies of these third parties.
We are not liable for downtime, errors, limitations, or changes made by external platforms.

🔹 6. Payments & Billing

A. Subscription Fees

  • Fees are billed monthly or annually based on your chosen plan.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

  • No refunds are issued for partially used billing periods.

B. Setup Fees

  • Setup and automation build fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

C. Payment Processing

Payments are handled by third-party processors.
We do not store full credit card details.

🔹 7. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access until the end of the current billing cycle

  • No prorated or partial refunds are provided

  • Lost sales or leads

  • Missed opportunities

  • Incorrect or inappropriate AI-generated content

  • Technical issues or downtime

  • Third-party platform failures

  • Compliance violations caused by user actions

Your use of our services is at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold FlowLuxe LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from:

Upon termination, access to automations and dashboards will cease.
