At FlowLuxe LLC, we want every client to feel confident in their investment. Because our services include customized automation builds, technical setup, and personalized AI configuration, our refund policy is designed to be fair for both the client and our team.
🔹 1. Setup Fees (Done-For-You Services)
Setup fees cover custom automation development, workflow design, integrations, and configuration work.
Because this work begins immediately, setup fees are non-refundable once work has started.
However, we guarantee that we will complete all deliverables outlined in the service agreement, and we will revise the system until it performs as promised.
🔹 2. Monthly Subscription Fees
Monthly subscription payments (for monitoring, updates, maintenance, AI access, or support) are non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time.
When you cancel:

Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle

You will not be billed again

Partial or prorated refunds are not offered
🔹 3. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (Optional)
You may choose to offer this to increase conversions:
New clients only:
If you are not satisfied with your initial setup within 7 days of delivery, you may request a full refund of your setup fee — no questions asked.
🔹 4. Missed or Delayed Access From Client
If a client fails to provide required information or access needed to build automations:

No refunds will be issued

Build timelines may be delayed

The project will resume once access is granted
This protects you from stalled projects caused by clients.
🔹 5. Service Performance Issues
If an automation stops working due to outages or changes in third-party platforms (such as Make.com, Twilio, ChatGPT, Facebook, or CRM providers):

We will resolve the issue at no additional charge for active subscribers

No refunds will be issued for downtime caused by external systems outside our control
🔹 6. Digital Products & Templates
All digital products, templates, and downloadable materials are non-refundable due to their immediate accessibility after purchase.
🔹 7. Chargebacks
Initiating a false or unwarranted chargeback will result in:

Suspension of services

Forfeiture of access to all automations

Potential legal action for fraud or violation of agreement
We always encourage clients to contact us first to resolve issues quickly and fairly.
